James Cole

With more than 30 years of experience in the printing industry, James Cole serves as Chief Sales Officer for printing.com, where he leads the company's sales and marketing initiatives nationwide. Having spent the past 26 years with the organization, James has built his career from the ground up, progressing through multiple leadership roles before earning his current position. His journey reflects a deep commitment to the industry, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional value to customers.

In addition to managing the sales and marketing teams, James has also successfully developed and maintained national accounts throughout his career. He is especially proud of the long-term relationships he has built with clients and the trust they continue to place in him. Known for his innovative approach and consultative mindset, James enjoys solving complex challenges and helping customers find the right solutions to achieve their goals.

Before joining printing.com, James served four years in the U.S. Navy and held positions with RR Donnelley and Hart Graphics, experiences that helped shape his leadership philosophy. He believes in setting clear expectations, empowering his team, and creating an environment where people have the freedom to succeed without micromanagement. Integrity remains the foundation of everything he does.

James is motivated by the opportunity to learn something new every day, whether it's emerging print technologies, packaging innovations, or more effective ways to serve customers. He is passionate about helping printing.com continue its evolution as a complete print solutions provider, delivering comprehensive services that help businesses succeed.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, camping, fishing, and tackling projects around the house. A Texas native, proud Navy veteran, and father of five, he has traveled to 32 countries and hopes to visit 50 countries (total) in the years ahead. He is also active in his community through volunteer work, disaster relief efforts, and support for the Ronald McDonald House.
