Her background spans accounting, banking, financial audits, cash management, and corporate finance, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of complex business operations.

Throughout her career, Dawn has held leadership positions where she has successfully managed financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, treasury functions, managing teams and cross-functional teams. Her experience has allowed her to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills while building trusted relationships with executive leadership, financial institutions, and business partners.

Currently serving as Controller, Dawn is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting executive decision-making through strategic financial analysis. She is passionate about improving processes, leveraging technology to increase efficiency, and helping organizations achieve long-term financial success.
