With more than 35 years of experience in the printing industry — Carlos Lechuga serves as Chief Operations Officer, overseeing manufacturing and print operations across the organization. He is responsible for the overall profit and loss performance of the company's facilities, while also leading estimating, pricing strategies, workflow optimization, quality initiatives, and operational best practices. His extensive industry knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement help ensure customers receive exceptional quality, value, and service.

Carlos's career is a true testament to hard work and perseverance. Beginning at the production level, he has held nearly every role within the print industry, including production, customer service, sales, estimating, operations, and management. His journey from the shop floor to the executive leadership team has given him a unique perspective on every aspect of the business and allows him to lead with both experience and empathy.

Among his proudest accomplishments is successfully transitioning from manufacturing into operations leadership and ultimately executive management. He is especially excited about the future of the company as it embraces innovative technologies and platforms that help clients better conceptualize and execute their visual communications. Carlos is passionate about challenging the status quo, developing new ideas, removing operational roadblocks, and positioning the company as an industry leader while continuing to expand market share.
